1. At this time, stop the machine immediately, pull out the lower plate of the machine base, discharge the accumulation in the machine base, replace the new hopper, and then start production. At this time, reduce the feeding amount and strive for uniformity.

2. The accumulation in the machine base is not removed when starting up. During production, sudden power failure or other reasons often cause shutdown. If the accumulation in the machine base is not removed when starting up again, it is easy to cause the hopper to be too impacted. Big and broken off. Therefore, between shutdown and startup, the accumulated physics in the machine base must be removed to prevent the hopper from falling off.

In addition, we also need to regularly check whether the connection between the hopper and the hopper belt is firm. If the screws are loose, fall off, or the hopper is skewed or damaged, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
