Points of Operation for Connectors

1. The joints of the lifting belt should choose the appropriate form and quantity of belt connectors according to different lifting belt tensile strength and width specifications;

2. Determine the length of the lifting belt according to the net length of the hoist plus the required length of the belt connector (S1+174mm; S2+186mm; S4+214mm);

3. According to the determined length of the lifting belt, move a certain distance in both ends (S1 fixture 56mm; S2 fixture 59mm; S4 fixture 76mm) is the center line of the installation hole, which is perpendicular to the radial direction of the lifting belt or is perpendicular to the lifting belt The two ends of the belt are vertical to ensure that the two sides of the lifting belt after the joint are equal in length and do not deviate.
