Bottomless bucket (WD) performance characteristics

It is a combination of several bottomless buckets and one bottomless bucket. The buckets in the combination are installed at very tight intervals, and the materials are continuously lifted. The installation spacing between traditional buckets is used to obtain greater lifting.

Recommendations

1. It is suitable for high-speed centrifugal unloading or lifting of light-weight materials.

2. The recommended minimum bucket distance is bucket convex width "B" + 25mm, and the installation distance of small buckets can be reduced according to the lifting amount requirements;

3. It is recommended that the line speed of the hoist is ≤3.5 m/s; a higher line speed can be obtained when the diameter of the head wheel is larger;

4. The "(Z-Y)+5%" volume is recommended as the usable volume for engineering design.
